Amy Malachowski is the CEO & Founder of Elite Focus. With over 15 years of experience in business strategy, she has established her self as one of the top Six Sigma Process Improvement and Business Growth experts, renowned for her performance-driven approach and strategic thinking.

Amy’s expertise spans across multiple disciplines, including design, marketing, operations, sales, customer success, automation, and more. Her diverse background and comprehensive knowledge in management, marketing, finance, and business law have propelled her success in helping entrepreneurs build and streamline their businesses.

Throughout her career, Amy has trained numerous individuals to become leaders in their respective careers and industries. Through her coaching, consulting, and implementation services, she guides clients through developing creative branding, streamlined operations, and optimized systems, to achieve sustainable growth.

Amy’s passion for entrepreneurship extends beyond her agency. She is the visionary force behind an up-and-coming podcast, Entrepreneurs Unscripted, where she will be sharing insights, interviewing industry experts, and offering invaluable advice to aspiring entrepreneurs.

Additionally, she is the founder of The Elite Entrepreneurs Community, a thriving network that brings like-minded entrepreneurs together to collaborate, learn, and grow.

A Personal Note from Amy

Hi, my name is Amy Malachowski and I’m the CEO and Founder of Elite Focus. I have always loved helping people and found a passion in business. So, what did I do? I combined the two and created Elite Focus so that I could help people turn their passion into profit. What I love about this is that I get to guide people through the exact steps they need in order to build, streamline, and grow their business.

So, how exactly did I come up with the idea for Elite Focus?

The Beginning
 
When I was younger, I always liked to read, do brainteasers, manage monopoly money and was genuinely curious about how things worked. I had a variety of interests and was truly happy about each and every one that I pursued. Some of my interests included basketball and softball, both of which taught me what teamwork truly was.
 
Then, I did karate which taught me how to focus and have respect for those around me. I was also in a police program which taught me to become motivated and become a leader, while simultaneously being a part of musical theatre which taught me to build confidence and to do what you love, even if it makes you feel vulnerable.
 
My Passion
 
Having a variety of interests when I was younger, allowed me to meet a variety of people, all with different hopes, dreams, personalities, and passions. Through this, I discovered that my true passion was, and will always be, to help others. I love finding ways to help people learn, grow, and find happiness. For me, the most rewarding feeling is to see a smile on someone’s face when I help them achieve something they only dreamed was possible.
 
Figuring out my passion, allowed me to translate my dream into a reality. I absolutely love being creative and thinking outside the box. For me, the more creative of a solution I can find, the more rewarding the results are. I have always loved to think outside the box because there are SO many possibilities out there that are waiting to be discovered.
 
Some Roadblocks
 
Now, getting to where I am today has not come without its struggles. Growing up, and let’s face it, even now, I have always been more of an introvert than an extrovert. Public speaking, being in front of a camera, and being in the spotlight, is NOT the easiest for me. Every time I had to answer a question in front of people, or give a presentation, I would shake like a leaf on a windy day. But, where does this fear stem from?
 
Growing up, I was shy, I was bullied, and I never had any confidence in myself. I tried to pretend like none of it affected me, but it did. I didn’t think I was pretty enough, skinny enough, smart enough, or even fun enough. I always studied and worked hard while the people around me traveled, had relationships, and lived their lives to the fullest. I believed all of these negative things about myself and never truly BELIEVED in myself.
 
So, how did I get here today?
 
The Revelation
 
I slowly, and I mean slowwwly, have been chipping away at my own walls for the past several years. The walls I have been putting up each and every time something happened that was out of my control. I always felt like I needed to stay quiet because I was afraid of saying the wrong thing… hiding because I was afraid to be seen…. and losing myself because others told me I wasn’t good enough.
 
I’ve had ups and A LOT of downs, but I’ve found that the KEY to keep going is to BELIEVE in yourself.
 
There will always be someone trying to tear you down, but if you stand tall, you WILL prevail.
 
My Business
 
For over 15 years, I worked for somebody. I loved what I was doing, but I didn’t love where I was doing it. I wanted to be a fairy and spread my magic, but I felt my creative wings were being tied up, so to speak. I was tired of working long hours of overtime and not getting paid, sharing ideas that others would take credit for, not having a voice to say what I truly thought or felt, and worst of all, doing everything I could to be kind, generous, and helpful, but not having it reciprocated. My true wakeup call was when Covid came around and I realized that I was letting life pass me by. I knew that I wanted to make a greater impact, that I wanted to help more people, and that I wanted to do what I loved, without all the roadblocks. I kicked my creativity into high gear and created Elite Focus.

Elite Focus was founded in 2021 and is a growing community of ambitious business owners, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders who are ready to take action. Our mission is to help each one of our members reach their goals, one step at a time. We accomplish this by empowering business owners and entrepreneurs to take action. Our team is passionate about helping others build, streamline, and grow the businesses we know that they are capable of.
 
Through coaching, consulting, and online programs, we help professionals in any industry, at any stage of business, find their focus.
